This superb paddle is a seamless single polypropylene molding, made for use in large cooking vats. The 3/8" thick blade is curved to follow the contours of the vessel, and is designed for hard work. This paddle will stand boiling water for short periods, but care should be taken to avoid excess heat as polypropylene has a fairly low melt point.
