Herbert is a jolly little fellow and will grace anyone's front door. His face is painted cast iron. The secret of his cleaning success is in the material, which unlike most bootwipers on the market is a mixture of plastic (which keeps its shape very well) and a natural material ('Bahia') which is extremely resilient and has exactly the right 'flick' for cleaning dirt and mud. Screws and plugs are provided so that he doesn't run away. Don't take Herbert indoors, he is for outside use only.
