The block on this scrub is designed to flex as you require. It may be curved outwards to clean vessels evenly, or inwards to clean the outsides of cylinders or pipes. The product is made with a flexible polypropylene block, which is shock, distortion and crack resistant. It is non absorbent and rot proof. Polyester filaments have a high melt point, low water absorption factor, excellent tensile strength and very good sweeping characteristics. They will last many times longer, and clean far better, than standard polypropylene filaments. This product may be autoclaved at 273F/134C, or cleaned using standard cleaning agents, disinfectants and sanitizers. See also ST5 and ST8. There is no resin set version.
