The D4 is one of the first 'hygiene' brushes made by Hill Brush over 30 years ago. It has been one of our most popular products ever since. This rugged brush is designed to work and to last. The angled material at the sides and front will allow cleaning in hard-to-reach corners, while the gripped handle is comfortable to use even in gloved hands. It has its own hanging hole. The product is made with a solid polypropylene block, which is shock, distortion and crack resistant, and unlike 'structural foam' polypropylene is not brittle or easily chipped. Its surfaces are smooth and easily cleaned. And it is non absorbent and rot proof. Polyester filaments have a high melt point, low water absorption factor, excellent tensile strength and very good sweeping characteristics. They will last many times longer than standard polypropylene filaments. This product may be autoclaved at 273F/134C, or cleaned using standard cleaning agents, disinfectants and sanitizers.
